Vintage Leather Back Swivel Office Chair. I am guessing in the time frame and thinking 1930 to 1950’s. Won’t appear to be any newer compared to 50’s. I will be UNSURE if it’s leather or Vinyl. Has the feel of leather which is what I guess it’s time. In vintage USED condition. Chair shows wear from use and age. Leather/Vinyl upper front is good even though the back shows general wear available as nicks, scuffs and marks. Likewise the leather/Vinyl trim across the seat area appears good. Fabric to the seat cover is unbroken. Foam inside of seat has DISINTEGRATED and arrives with the bottom being a fine orange dust if sat on. One wheel is loose and definately will fall out if your chair is found off the ground, otherwise rolls OK. One of several wheels will not match another 3 and is apparently an old replacement. Adjustment knobs turns OK. Metal frame looks like it’s attached off center as observed in specific photo that causes the rear not to align straight. Two Stow Davis tags below of chair. Fabric tag is loose and hangs down, has spotting. Paper tag is stuck up underneath the frame, could be glued as well. I didn’t try and remove it. Fabric on the base in the chair is ripping in places. Overall still a pleasant vintage desk chair needing some TLC. In the event the foam may be replaced it should function fine just since it is.
